The Comp.
Our initial comp events occur during the first few weeks of each semester, including information sessions, coffee chats, and fireside chats to learn about behavioral economics and BSG. The official application process includes a resume drop with written questions. Then, selected applicants participate in a one-round behavioral and technical interview. Check back in the fall for updated dates and application links!
Kickoff Party
Join us for food, drinks, and music where new members officially join the community and meet the current team.

Interview Period
One round interview with behavioral and technical questions. No consulting experience is needed to join.
Coffee Chats
BSG Board Members will host informal coffee chats. We strongly encourage, though do not require, compers to chat with 2-3 board members to get a better sense of our work and our community. Sign up links will be released soon.
Fireside Chat with Professor Max Bazerman
Professor Max Bazerman is an HBS and HKS professor that specializes in negotiation, organization, and markets. Join us for a moderated chat on behavioral economics, negotiations, and ethics.

Deadline to submit is February 7th. The application is designed to take around 30 minutes.
BSG Board Members will run coffee chats from February 1st-6th. They are not required but we highly encourage you to chat with 2-3 board members to get a sense of our work and community.
Interviews with selected candidates will be February 8th-13th.
